Our takeaways moving forward

Profitability

Deliveries & inventory ate significantly into our margins, along with the fact that significant time & resources are spent managing inventory & logistics. It has to be completely eradicated.

Driver Acquisition

We propose partnering with PHV car rental companies that will provide a steady stream of drivers @ larger volumes.

Becoming a pure-tech platform.

  • No more inventory & logistics woosWe propose partnering with convenience chain(s) that supply inventory directly & act as resupply zones for drivers, allowing them to gain a brand new highly scalable distribution channel & reach for their brand. They have access to goods @ wholesale prices too.
  • Existing infrastructure & technologyOnly minor changes to our stack is needed to realise this.
  • Reduced OPEX (no more inventory & resupplying costs)
  • We can charge the chain a fixed monthly fee (“rent”) for every store deployed instead of earning transactionally.
  • We can continue to earn from in-app advertising & product sampling streams.
  • Drivers can take higher commissions.
