Tips for a better and smoother Zoom Experience

​

  • Close unnecessary Apps and Tabs on your computer - this helps your device run Zoom more smoothly (please note: Zoom takes a lot of bandwidth).
  • Turn off video if you Internet connection is weak - this saves bandwidth.
  • Switch to a stronger internet source - connect to stronger Wifi, a wired connection, or reliable mobile data
  • You may leave and rejoin the session - this is usually a quick fix and can reset your connection.
