DISCUSSION

How can self-awareness be captured through camera shots? What would you need to know about your subject, what types of questions should you ask them if you wanted to learn more about how they view themselves? What emotions are you trying to capture with your story? Reflect on these questions as you begin to think about how you will capture your interview subjects and any supplemental footage you will capture. Reflect on your own strengths and areas for growth needed for the project.

REMEMBER

Self-awareness is an ongoing journey that requires self-reflection, commitment, and growth. By nurturing these skills, we can make informed decisions, manage our time effectively, and foster personal well-being and success.
