Proposal
The original Lot only allows a FAR of 0 due to park regulations. We are proposing a Community Facility FAR of 6.5 for the C6-2 Zoning. We will be using less than 31,862.1541 sq.ft., after setbacks, of the park, and will provide a large plaza in front of the proposed Museum. This location can benefit the public by providing a local museum for all the nearby schools and educational institutions. Our proposed building height will only be around 35 feet in height, barely obstructing any views of nearby residential and office buildings.
