Determine which agencies we should plan to collaborate with (Cal Spectrum, Holdsamback- they were not familiar with CAPTAIN- Bianca will follow back up)

Goal 2 was met. Cal Spectrum was met with. How do we measure when there are multiple agencies involved. We did have full interviews conducted.

Goal 3 was partially met. Regional center meets with Holdsamback quarterly. Bianca spoke with representatives from Fresno.

Goal 4 not met.

PBVUSD had reached out about training opportunities with Cal Spectrum and using them as trainers.

Relationships that have already been built within the community. Agencies can have a difficulty adjusting medical model to educational model. Do they know what CAPTAIN is. Defining EBPs within the lens of multiple models.

Dissemination of materials with outside service providers.

No objectives were met. There were meetings arranged, and some flyers created with invites to open house. No agencies attended.

Excited about the process and potential. It was a Zoom open house so barriers were reduced. Personal invitations were created and offered, in-person. Emails were sent during COVID. VAC may have attended.

COVID. Lack of response. Possible lack of interest. We may need to be better at showing the rationale and purpose. How does this benefit all stakeholders. There may a financial barrier as they are for profit agencies. There may be an unknown agenda.

We are just beginning the collaborative process with inter-agencies in the community.

Identify 3 agencies to develop relationships with and a well defined implementation plan with specific objectives. This would be completed in focus groups. Focus Group: Diana, Bernadette, Jessica, Rob, Noelle, Tracy
