1. Component Function:

  • Magnetic drive Cooling Fan pump: Responsible for delivering the liquid from the spray tank to various pipelines;
  • Dual-channel electromagnetic Flow Meter: Measures the flow rate of the liquid in real-time.
  • Liquid Level Gauge: T100 detects the pressure difference between the external air pressure and inside the chemical pressure to measure the spray tank liquid level altitude;
  • Solenoid Valve: Precisely controls the sprinkler start and stop, preventing liquid leakage;
  • Dual Atomization Centrifugal Sprinkler: Uses high-speed rotation of the centrifugal disc to atomize the liquid, evenly spraying it onto the crop surface.
  • Sub-Mother Cap: opening in the center of the cap for convenient dosing with a dosing gun.

2. Water-Cooled Mist Sprinkler (Optional)

  • Mist Sprinkler: Achieves atomization through coaxial counter-rotation of two motors, driving the disc at high speed, with a particle size range of 10-500 microns.
  • Motor Water Cooling: The mist sprinkler requires high-speed motor rotation to produce atomization. The channel design allows the liquid to flow through the centrifugal sprinkler motor, carrying away motor heat and improving mean time to failures (MTTF);

1. The liquid level gauge detects external air pressure through external air pipes, do not allow dirt or blockage;

2. The centrifugal sprinkler motor speed reaches up to 14,000 revolutions per minute, do not touch or idle;

Product Introduction - (T100 Spreading System)

1. T100 Payload - Spreading System Composition

  • Weighing Sensor: T100 (Mounted Weighing Sensor) is mounted on the material box, weighing the remaining material in real-time to accurately guide spreading operations;
  • Spreading Control Board
  • Spreader: The auger pushes a fixed amount of material with each rotation. By controlling the speed of the auger and the spinning disc, the spreading amount and uniformity are achieved. The T100 features an increased auger diameter and chamber volume, significantly enhancing the spreading flow rate.
  • Brim: Extend a brim prevents material from scattering onto the landing gear and propeller, preventing aircraft damage and improving spreading uniformity.
  • Spinning Disc Motor: The spinning disc motor provides more powerful rotation.
  • Hall Sensor: Auger model detection and auger fixed-point stop. [Auger fixed-point reset prevents material leakage, ensuring spreading flow accuracy]
  • Material Detection Motor: The rotating baffle detects the presence of material and triggers an alarm when there is no material.

1. What are the advantages of the T100's modular platform design?

  • It can meet the diverse task requirements of spraying, spreading, and lifting;
  • When the drone is only performing spreading/hoisting operations, it can reduce ineffective load such as sprinklers, improve operating time, and removing sprinklers reduces drone crash losses;

2. What is the propeller rotation direction of the DJI T100?

The rotation direction of DJI T100 propeller is consistent with T40/T50, as shown in the right image.

Disassembly and Assembly Precautions (T100 Aircraft)

  • The power distribution board screws have springs and washers, ensure they are mounted, otherwise there is a risk of imbalance and burning damage.
  • The waterproof cover of the power distribution board's wire terminal must be mounted, otherwise water ingress short circuit issues may occur.
  • The four-eye mounting screws are hidden at the top of the radar, remove the film before disassembly and assembly to expose the screws.
  • Not reapplying the film after repair affects aesthetics but not functionality.
  • There is a locking screw on the radar line on the distribution board, ensure it is mounted during maintenance, it can protect the board during a drone crash.
  • If this position is damaged after a drone crash, the distribution board can be left unchanged without affecting functionality.

  • If the laser radar dome is contaminated with pesticides, fertilizers, or dust, it may cause laser radar function anomalies. Suggestions:

1) Rinse with clean water first, then wipe the window with a clean, dust-free cloth or tissue;

2) If visible dirt remains on the window, gently wipe it with a cleaning cloth moistened with a small amount of alcohol.

  • Do not use chemical agents like aircraft nose water for cleaning.
  • As the lidar is a high-precision optical instrument, it is strictly prohibited to disassemble the laser dome privately, as this may lead to sensor failure due to dust ingress.
  • When installing lidar cables, avoid excessive bending and interference. Otherwise, it may cause video transmission signal interference anomalies.

Forward Phased Array Radar

The phased array radar is a sensor used for obstacle avoidance and navigation in aircraft. Fearless of day and night, as well as fog and moisture, it works with stabilization in various agriculture environments, providing basic safety assurance. Multi-directional detection can also be achieved through multiple sets of Active Phased Array Radar. Responsible for detecting the external environment to prevent the aircraft from causing harm or crashing, the front phased digital radar monitoring range: horizontal 360°, vertical ±45°, observation distance 50m.

Downward Radar

Radar lower module beam width: left and right 22.5°, up and down 45°, RF board center tilt 10°, observation distance 46m.

Rear Radar

Rear Active Phased Array Radar: left and right ±45°, front and back ±45°.

Laser Radar

Responsible for aerial surveying, obstacle avoidance, etc. Effective observation range 40m, coverage 272°. Laser radar has stronger three-dimensional spatial extraction capabilities, enabling altitude stabilization, semantic detection, positioning, and 3D mapping. 300,000/s laser electric cloud is precise for aluminum strands, stay cables, and semantic detection.

Quad Vision Components.

Horizontal 360°, vertical 180°, includes IMU, Quad Vision Components FPV together form a five-eye fisheye vision system. Stronger detection capabilities for nearby obstacles, aiding the perception system in detailed mapping and smart bypass. Also assists pilots in viewing the aircraft's 360-degree flight environment and various AR display screens.

1. Check Propeller:

1. Check if the propeller is broken, damaged, cracked, or delaminated; if so, replace the propeller;

Specific Method: Slightly lift the propeller and carefully check the leading and trailing edge areas for any fractures, damage, cracks, or delamination.

2. Check if the propeller is loose.

Specific Method:

T100: Unfold the propeller, hold the propeller clamp with one hand, and grasp the end of the propeller with the other hand. Lift the propeller up or down to check if there is any noticeable looseness in the propeller relative to the propeller clamp (indicated by: the propeller root washer losing preload, and the propeller root being in a relaxed state).

1) For T70P and T100 Aircraft, visually inspect the propeller shaft hole for severe wear and check for any visible cracks near the shaft hole. If present, replace the propeller; if not, check if the propeller washer is misshapen or damaged, and replace the washer.

2) For T100 Aircraft, inspect the propeller clamp limit structure. If there is a fracture or misshapen issue with the propeller clamp limit, replace it with a new propeller clamp for the user.

3. Propellers must be replaced in pairs. When reassembling, use the appropriate screwdriver to tighten the propeller fixing screws (recommended torque value T100: 150 kgf*cm, T70P: 60 kgf*cm).

Repair Must-Check (T70P/T100)

1. Before use, manually rotate the motor to check for any stalling, or if the rotor is loose or detached.

2. Check if the motor and motor mount are shaking (no movement is normal).

Specific operation methods for 1 and 2:

1) Unfold the propeller, manually rotate the motor, and check if the motor stalls.

2) Unfold the propeller, hold both propeller blades with both hands and move them up and down, observing if the motor's fixed position and motor rotor are shaking.

3) Use a one-click Damage Assessment to test motor stalling issues, as an alternative to manually unfolding the propeller for testing.

3. Check if the motor cover is misshapen, damaged, or blocked:

Misshapen criteria: Replacement is needed if there are 3-4 consecutive deformed air outlets on the side.

Damage Assessment Criteria: If the edge shows damage at the return vent, and the damage reaches the flat surface, replacement is needed;

Blockage Assessment Criteria: If any vent is blocked, it needs to be cleaned and cleared.

4. Check if the motor base is misshapen, damaged, or if the vent is blocked.

Misshapen Assessment Criteria: If the side is misshapen causing the gap to be less than half of the initial value, replacement is needed;

Damage Assessment Criteria: If the side damage reaches the flat surface, or if there is damage on the flat surface, replacement is needed;

Blockage Assessment Criteria: If any vent is blocked, it needs to be cleaned and cleared.

Note: During the handling of the power motor, do not lift the motor by pulling the wires.

Common Issues - Spraying System (Pressure Liquid Level Gauge)

Issue description

Ground state, the remaining liquid amount in the empty spray tank shows more than 5L or greater, and the remaining liquid amount does not change when adding liquid, indicating liquid level gauge anomalies.

Liquid level gauge sensor vent valve intake, sensor pressure detection is inaccurate, causing the liquid level gauge to be inaccurate.

After adding pesticides, the remaining liquid amount displayed is 3-10L more than the scale line, but the deviation is small after replacing with clean water (e.g., spraying urea water, lime sulfur mixture, etc.).

1. Prioritize software calibration and firmware upgrade:

① Select the correct spray tank capacity

② Perform flow calibration in the settings interface

3. Ensure the aircraft and remote controller firmware are up to date

2. If the issue recurs after calibration, troubleshoot structural issues following the process below

Step 1: Remove the entire liquid level gauge:

1. Use a screwdriver to remove the three screws locking the liquid level meter, as shown in Figure 1;

2. Pull out the internal hose of the liquid level meter from the base, as shown in Figure 2;

3. Then remove the entire liquid level meter from the spray tank, as shown in Figure 3;

Step 2: Disassemble the liquid level gauge:

1. Remove the two transparent hoses from the liquid level gauge, check if the hoses are clear, ensure there is no blockage inside the hoses, maintain ventilation, as shown in Figure 4;

2. Check if the liquid level gauge's vent valve is blocked (the new liquid level gauge has removed the vent valve), as shown in Figure 5. If there is blockage due to liquid or water vapor, as shown in Figures 7 and 8;

Please unscrew the vent valve (the vent valve has a threaded hole and can be unscrewed counterclockwise), clean it thoroughly and let it dry (you can also use a hair dryer with cold air to dry it) before using it again, as shown in Figure 6;

3. Check if the external vent hole is blocked, you can use a hairdryer set to cool air mode to blow at the vent hole for 30 seconds, as shown in Figure 9;

Step 3: Disassemble the liquid level gauge base:

1. Unscrew the two nuts on the base of the liquid level meter, remove the base for inspection, as shown in Figures 9 and 10;

2. Check if the through hole in the base is blocked, and clean it thoroughly to maintain clarity, as shown in Figure 11;

3. During the inspection, ensure that the rubber gasket on the base is not detached, as shown in Figure 11;

Step 4: Remove the entire liquid level gauge:

1. Check if there is any chemical residue sticking to the spray tank cap vent valve, and clean it with water to keep the vent valve clear, as shown in Figures 12 and 13;

2. Check if the rubber stopper on the spray tank lid is blocked by liquid dirt, and clean it thoroughly, as shown in Figure 14;

When performing spraying operations, it is recommended to open the rubber stopper on the spray tank cap to ensure smooth air intake into the spray tank;

1. Finally, reassemble the liquid level meter back into the spray tank (as shown in Figures 15 and 16), retest to see if it recovers, and if not, it is recommended to replace it with a new liquid level meter;

1) T100/T70 series error: ESC perform an auto-check exception (error codes: 0x007D, 0x007E, 0x007F, 0x0080): This error is caused by abnormal motor three-phase resistance values. Check and replace the motor on the corresponding error Aircraft Arm.
