Component Principles & Repair Must-Check—Repair Must-Check (T70P/T100)
1. Check Propeller:
1. Check if the propeller is broken, damaged, cracked, or delaminated; if so, replace the propeller;
Specific Method: Slightly lift the propeller and carefully check the leading and trailing edge areas for any fractures, damage, cracks, or delamination.
2. Check if the propeller is loose.
Specific Method:
T100: Unfold the propeller, hold the propeller clamp with one hand, and grasp the end of the propeller with the other hand. Lift the propeller up or down to check if there is any noticeable looseness in the propeller relative to the propeller clamp (indicated by: the propeller root washer losing preload, and the propeller root being in a relaxed state).
1) For T70P and T100 Aircraft, visually inspect the propeller shaft hole for severe wear and check for any visible cracks near the shaft hole. If present, replace the propeller; if not, check if the propeller washer is misshapen or damaged, and replace the washer.
2) For T100 Aircraft, inspect the propeller clamp limit structure. If there is a fracture or misshapen issue with the propeller clamp limit, replace it with a new propeller clamp for the user.
3. Propellers must be replaced in pairs. When reassembling, use the appropriate screwdriver to tighten the propeller fixing screws (recommended torque value T100: 150 kgf*cm, T70P: 60 kgf*cm).

Repair Must-Check (T70P/T100)
1. Before use, manually rotate the motor to check for any stalling, or if the rotor is loose or detached.
2. Check if the motor and motor mount are shaking (no movement is normal).
Specific operation methods for 1 and 2:
1) Unfold the propeller, manually rotate the motor, and check if the motor stalls.
2) Unfold the propeller, hold both propeller blades with both hands and move them up and down, observing if the motor's fixed position and motor rotor are shaking.
3) Use a one-click Damage Assessment to test motor stalling issues, as an alternative to manually unfolding the propeller for testing.
3. Check if the motor cover is misshapen, damaged, or blocked:
Misshapen criteria: Replacement is needed if there are 3-4 consecutive deformed air outlets on the side.
Damage Assessment Criteria: If the edge shows damage at the return vent, and the damage reaches the flat surface, replacement is needed;
Blockage Assessment Criteria: If any vent is blocked, it needs to be cleaned and cleared.
4. Check if the motor base is misshapen, damaged, or if the vent is blocked.
Misshapen Assessment Criteria: If the side is misshapen causing the gap to be less than half of the initial value, replacement is needed;
Damage Assessment Criteria: If the side damage reaches the flat surface, or if there is damage on the flat surface, replacement is needed;

1. Check for cracks at the rotating shaft of the buckle;
2. Check if the secondary coupling of the Aircraft Arm is normal
Inspection method: After coupling the Aircraft Arm, lift the secondary board buckle upwards. If it pops open, the secondary coupling is ineffective;
1) Check if the board buckle is damaged, and replace it if damaged;
2) If not damaged, check if the coupling of the Aircraft Arm is worn. If worn, replace the Aircraft Arm;
6. Aircraft Arm Lever Inspection (T70P/T100):
Check for cracks in the plastic around the illustrated bushing. If cracked, replacement is necessary.
After fastening the lever, lift Lever 2. If the lever pops open, it is abnormal.

1. Prioritize software calibration and firmware upgrade:
① Select the correct spray tank capacity
② Perform flow calibration in the settings interface
3. Ensure the aircraft and remote controller firmware are up to date
2. If the issue recurs after calibration, troubleshoot structural issues following the process below
Step 1: Remove the entire liquid level gauge:
1. Use a screwdriver to remove the three screws locking the liquid level meter, as shown in Figure 1;
2. Pull out the internal hose of the liquid level meter from the base, as shown in Figure 2;
3. Then remove the entire liquid level meter from the spray tank, as shown in Figure 3;
Step 2: Disassemble the liquid level gauge:
1. Remove the two transparent hoses from the liquid level gauge, check if the hoses are clear, ensure there is no blockage inside the hoses, maintain ventilation, as shown in Figure 4;
2. Check if the liquid level gauge's vent valve is blocked (the new liquid level gauge has removed the vent valve), as shown in Figure 5. If there is blockage due to liquid or water vapor, as shown in Figures 7 and 8;
Please unscrew the vent valve (the vent valve has a threaded hole and can be unscrewed counterclockwise), clean it thoroughly and let it dry (you can also use a hair dryer with cold air to dry it) before using it again, as shown in Figure 6;
3. Check if the external vent hole is blocked, you can use a hairdryer set to cool air mode to blow at the vent hole for 30 seconds, as shown in Figure 9;

Step 3: Disassemble the liquid level gauge base:
1. Unscrew the two nuts on the base of the liquid level meter, remove the base for inspection, as shown in Figures 9 and 10;
2. Check if the through hole in the base is blocked, and clean it thoroughly to maintain clarity, as shown in Figure 11;
3. During the inspection, ensure that the rubber gasket on the base is not detached, as shown in Figure 11;
Step 4: Remove the entire liquid level gauge:
1. Check if there is any chemical residue sticking to the spray tank cap vent valve, and clean it with water to keep the vent valve clear, as shown in Figures 12 and 13;
2. Check if the rubber stopper on the spray tank lid is blocked by liquid dirt, and clean it thoroughly, as shown in Figure 14;
When performing spraying operations, it is recommended to open the rubber stopper on the spray tank cap to ensure smooth air intake into the spray tank;
1. Finally, reassemble the liquid level meter back into the spray tank (as shown in Figures 15 and 16), retest to see if it recovers, and if not, it is recommended to replace it with a new liquid level meter;

1. Prioritize replacing the motor at the error-reported location;
2. If the error persists after replacing the motor, it is recommended to troubleshoot as follows: ESC wiring connection status - ESC composite wire - ESC
1) T100/T70 series error: ESC perform an auto-check exception (error codes: 0x007D, 0x007E, 0x007F, 0x0080): This error is caused by abnormal motor three-phase resistance values. Check and replace the motor on the corresponding error Aircraft Arm.
