Theater Reminders
Wednesday, Oct. 1st, all information for the Fall Play Theater program (Patrons, Ads and Bios) are due. On Friday, Oct. 3rd, all Theater T-Shirt money and forms are due.
Friendly reminder that your Work Ethic Certificate LETTERS OF INTENT and SELF EVALUATION are due Monday, October 13. This certificate is required for the Honors Seals Plus Diploma and is recognized by Indiana state universities and employers.
Picture retakes will be Tuesday October 14th.
Senior Panorama will be taken Wednesday October 15th.

Lowell tallies 14th straight win of season
"The Boys Soccer Team capped off their season with their 14th straight win facing East Chicago, the most wins in the regular season by any LHS Boys' Soccer team. Justin Carlson set the single season assist record at 21. Josh Hejnowski set the single season goals record at 27. Josh Meadows led the team at goal keeper this season, allowing only 16 goals the entire season, aided by centerbacks Trevor Redmerski, Riley Hirjak, and James Fitzpatrick. The team ends the season tied for 1st place in the Northwest Crossroads conference, along with Hanover and Munster. The Red Devils face Crown Point in sectional play on Monday Night at 6pm."
Game Recap
The Red Devils of Lowell ended their soccer season against the East Chicago Cardinals on Wednesday night. The Cardinals held the Devils in check until the 22nd min, when Justin Carlson fed the ball to Lucas Brady in front of the goal for the first goal of the night. After that, the Devils scored in quick succession, on a drive by Josh Hejnowski, and a corner kick goal by Kyle Powell. Hejnowski earned the assist on the corner, and a hatrick on the night off another assist from Justin Carlson and a Penalty Kick.
The Devils set a record at 14 consecutive wins to end their season, and finish in a three way tie for first place in the Northwest Crossroads Conference. The team faces Crown Point on Monday Night in their first game of sectionals hosted at Kankakee Valley.

Boys Junior Varsity ended their season in a big win over East Chicago 10-0. Goals were scored by Dylan Vanderlaan (3), Kyle Powell, Liam Tedechi, Levi Shuler, Alvin Ambassi (2), and Adam Yancey. Jaxon Rush earned 4 assists on the night from the midfield. Owen Klemp and Brendan Quail-Rodriguez combined for the shut-out in goal.

We are a closed campus. Per the student handbook this means students are to remain on school grounds from arrival in the morning until dismissal time in the afternoon. Once you arrive, you are to come into school.
Leaving to go to Speedway or back out to your car is not permitted. Also if you are leaving the RDT building to come back in or leaving this building to go to RDT, you are not permitted to go to your cars. You are to go directly into the buildings.
