SUGGESTIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

  • Boundary is made of Iron Frame/concrete. But multiple up and down at boundary and three side boundary is completed by iron grill but height is less. This can be a security concern.
  • Sufficient lighting arrangement is required with CCTV camera.
  • Ground Floor Flat Security is big concern as most of the flats are not fully covered with Iron Framing.
  • 4. It is also the necessary requirement in term of security aspect that one Security Marshal (24X7) should be deployed at the site along with motorcycle and walky-talky enabling to keep vigil every activity in the premises so that immediate

preventive measure can be taken for safety of assets and premises.

  • 5. Fire Safety Survey We will arrange and suggest after final confirmation of Security Agency.
  • 6. Facility staff & other movement register to be maintained by security.
  • 7. I suggest that a proper visitors’ management process should be adopted at the site like the Security Personnel must

inquire the credentials of the visitors, their ID proofs and note at gate if any electronics or movable material if they carry IN/ OUT time.

  • 8. Visitors should carry visitor pass.
  • 9. We observed that the boundary height is less and not fully protected the people are easily enter the premises unnoticed. This is again a huge security concern.
  • 10. Safety cone with chain are required at all working location.
  • 11. Proper Vehicle record maintain by security.
  • 12. Provision of Personal property pass (PPP)
  • 13. Safety equipment’s and car sticker’s is required at site for Visitors and RWA members. 14. Returnable & Non- returnable register to be maintained.
  • 15. Security personnel should be trained for using security gadgets. NOTE: As this RWA site, we request you to please try to implement given above Do & Don’t.
