Skills covered:

  • ELA - Plot development, non-fiction text features, levels of questioning, citing textual evidence, phonics and word meanings, spelling patterns, using context clues,
  • Math - Basic Facts, time, money, expanded form vs basic form, numbers and patterns double digit addition lattice multiplication, geometry and engineering, capacity, area and perimeter, radius and diameter, ordering and creating numbers, patterns.
  • Science - processes/photosynthesis engineering of domes, states of matter, chemistry - solutions and solvents, environmental/ solar power plants and plants parts, the world around us
