Upcoming: Advanced Text Editor

  • From a client: "Our non-dev/non-technical users are very intent to have a way to use message formatting, but they aren't experienced with using Markdown"
  • Another highly requested feature, our Advanced Text Editor has been pushed up in the roadmap, with projected delivery in Q2.
  • Featuring traditional markdown formatting options and shortcuts, we hope to add more options for users to communicate, and in turn increase the possibilities for rich async communication.
