General Highlights

  • We are losing 150 participants (33 percent) who are choosing to play at other county rec councils (outside Annapolis) or for other private entities.

    • Weekday practice after 5pm was preferred, 2nd preference was weekdays right after school.
    • Weekend games was preferred, 2nd preference was weekdays after 5pm (*except Spanish Speakers 2nd was weekday games after school)
    • Game locations were preferred as 1) anywhere in Annapolis 2) at school 3) travel to other parts of county

  • 75% of Title I children would apply for a scholarship vs 34% of All Other Schools would apply for scholarship
  • Only 13% do not have reliable transportation vs 0% of All Other Schools
  • 69% of Title I children would use transportation if available vs 32% of All Other Schools would
  • 71% of Title I children would use help with registration vs 30% of All Other Schools would
