  1. Make sure you are in the ‘Tool Library’ side of Solara

2.) Scroll all the way to the bottom of the tool library and click on ‘Personalized Attendance Plan’.

3.) The ‘Personalized Attendance Plan’ tool is backed with the research by Dr. Marsh and the best practices in the Panorama Playbook.

4.) Locate a student by searching their name and add any additional info you would like the bot to take into account (*this part is optional). Then click ‘Generate’.

5.) Once you click ‘Generate’, (it may take a minute) Solara will bring in all the relevant information about the student that is in Panorama Student Success, including days absent, recent absences, previous intervention plans, and academic/ behavioral data.

6.) After reading through the proposed plan, (and making sure it seems accurate and feasible) you can export it to ‘Student Success’ by clicking on the ‘Create intervention plan for ____’ at the bottom of the output.

7.) After about a minute, you should be able to see an output that looks like the above. Make sure you click ‘review intervention plan’ in order to edit it and create it in Student Success with ‘champions’.

8.) A new tab will pop up in ‘Student Success’ with the intervention goal and info already filled in. The person who runs the attendance tool in Solara will be the ‘champion’ of the plan by default.

9.) At the top of the plan, you are able to edit the plan, add team members to the plan, or delete the plan.

*Please remember to delete the plan if you are just playing around with the tool!*

10.) You are able to edit any part the the plan, including the goal, the tier (each plan is ‘Tier 3’ by default), the strategy, and the timeline.

12.) You are also able to add other members as ‘champions’ to the plan. These members will be notified by email after you add them.
