Pierre is a multi-disciplinary consultant, helping companies understand, predict and influence behaviours, through methodology-driven solutions and strategies leading to measurable outcomes.
Through the years, he has been involved in projects for both startups and major players, including Biogen, Bridgestone, Engie, Natixis, Pizza Hut, PwC, Sanofi, Société Générale and Toyota.
He is a managing partner at Springbok, responsible for the French market.

Linda is in charge of seizing new business opportunities at Spring Interactive. She works closely with new clients in order to help them identify how to reach their business goals. Linda’s mission is to maximize sustainable proven value for all clients.
Linda is originally from Sweden but grew up in the Netherlands and France. Her international background led her to her previously work as a business development consultant across French-speaking markets. She speaks fluent English, French, Spanish and Swedish.

Research and studies for Sanofi, leveraging behavioural sciences to create an actionable patient segmentation through several quantitative studies in the USA. We analysed the engagement drivers and leverage behavioural science to have a thorough patient segmentation that defines what drives, frustrates, motivates these patients and help identify and test what interventions are the more likely to change targeted behaviours (medication adherence, physical activities).

Malakoff Médéric Humanis (MMH) is an insurance company covering more than 400,000 companies and 10,000,000 people, based in Paris, France.

Malakoff Mederic Humanis wanted to create a mobile app that aimed at lowering the level of stress and anxiety of their clients’ employees.
Population studies and behavioural segmentations, benchmarks, scope definition, prototyping and user-testing with a very high acceptance level. Actual interventions content is currently being evaluated through a two-arms study.
Biogen is an American multinational biotechnology company based in the US, specializing in the discovery, development, and delivery of therapies for the treatment of neurodegenerative, hematologic, and autoimmune diseases to patients worldwide.
Global Integrated Care
We worked on patient segmentation, market benchmarks, scope definition and selection of relevant features, wireframes, user flows, user interface design, back-end development, app development (react native) and dashboard development. Apps were tested and prototyped in the US and France.
After 10 months, the app was downloaded more than 100,000 times.
Pizza Hut is an American restaurant chain and international franchise. Pizza Hut Belgium has over 100 locations across the country as of 2017, leading the Belgian market for restaurant and food delivery.

After segmenting the current users through research, we revamped the entire sales flow and UI, leading to promising results (+45% conversion rate for organic visitors in the first month). Later on, we created a data collection on the website linked to google analytics, allowing us to put answers in perspective with website behaviours, so as to better identify relevant feedbacks leading to effective iteration cycles.

Bridgestone is a multinational auto and truck parts manufacturer and the largest manufacturer of tyres in the world with 181 production facilities across 24 countries.
Bridgestone wanted to improve the customer experience of their websites and increase conversions by guiding people to the right local dealers. Bridgestone wanted as well to explore new business opportunities for specific target segments, which lead to the prototyping and testing of a mobile across multiple countries in Europe.
Toyota Motor Corporation is a Japanese multinational automotive manufacturer headquartered in Japan, since 2016 it is the fifth-largest company in the world by revenue and world’s largest automotive manufacturer.
We designed and developed 3 mobile apps to create a full Toyota experience for both professionals and customers. The first application was in a B2C environment and allowed customers to track the manufacturing process of their newly bought Toyota car. The other two applications aimed at optimising B2B relations (fleet management and maintenance follow-up for company cars).
