圣灵不是那样抽象，神秘，
而是可以认识，并且正确回应的。
The Holy Spirit is not distant or mysterious,�but One we can know and respond to rightly.

圣灵有爱、有行动，
是一位活泼有爱的真神。
The Holy Spirit loves and acts—
He is a living and loving God.

我们为什么要顺圣灵而行？
Why should we walk by the Spirit?

【加5:1】基督释放了我们，叫我们得以自由，所以要站立得稳，不要再被奴仆的轭挟制。
【加5:2】我保罗告诉你们，若受割礼，基督就与你们无益了。【加5:3】我再指着凡受割礼的人确实地说，他是欠着行全律法的债。
1It was for freedom that Christ set us free; therefore keep standing firm and do not be subject again to a yoke of slavery. 2Look! I, Paul, tell you that if you have yourselves circumcised, Christ will be of no benefit to you. 3And I testify again to every man who has himself circumcised, that he is obligated to keep the whole Law.

【加5:4】你们这要靠律法称义的，是与基督隔绝，从恩典中坠落了。
【加5:5】我们靠着圣灵，凭着信心，等候所盼望的义。
【加5:6】原来在基督耶稣里，受割礼不受割礼全无功效，惟独使人生发仁爱的信心才有功效。
4You have been severed from Christ, you who are seeking to be justified by the Law; you have fallen from grace. 5For we, through the Spirit, by faith, are waiting for the hope of righteousness. 6For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision means anything, but faith working through love.

【加5:7】你们向来跑得好，有谁拦阻你们，叫你们不顺从真理呢？
【加5:8】这样的劝导不是出于那召你们的。
【加5:9】一点面酵能使全团都发起来。
【加5:10】我在主里很信你们必不怀别样的心，但搅扰你们的，无论是谁，必担当他的罪名。
7You were running well; who hindered you from obeying the truth? 8This persuasion did not come from Him who calls you. 9A little leaven leavens the whole lump of dough. 10I have confidence in you in the Lord, that you will adopt no other view; but the one who is disturbing you will bear the punishment, whoever he is.

【加5:11】弟兄们，我若仍旧传割礼，为什么还受逼迫呢？若是这样，那十字架讨厌的地方就没有了。
【加5:12】恨不得那搅乱你们的人把自己割绝了。
【加5:13】弟兄们，你们蒙召是要得自由，只是不可将你们的自由当作放纵情欲的机会，总要用爱心互相服侍。
11But as for me, brothers and sisters, if I still preach circumcision, why am I still persecuted? Then the stumbling block of the cross has been eliminated. 12I wish that those who are troubling you would even emasculate themselves. 13For you were called to freedom, brothers and sisters; only do not turn your freedom into an opportunity for the flesh, but serve one another through love.

【加5:14】因为全律法都包在“爱人如己”这一句话之内了。【加5:15】你们要谨慎，若相咬相吞，只怕要彼此消灭了。
【加5:16】我说：你们当顺着圣灵而行，就不放纵肉体的情欲了。
14For the whole Law is fulfilled in one word, in the statement, “You shall love your neighbour as yourself.” 15But if you bite and devour one another, take care that you are not consumed by one another.16But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not carry out the desire of the flesh.

1.1 奴仆的轭和基督里的释放
The Yoke of Slavery and Freedom in Christ

【加5:1】基督释放了我们，叫我们得以自由，所以要站立得稳，不要再被奴仆的轭挟制。
It was for freedom that Christ set us free; therefore keep standing firm and do not be subject again to a yoke of slavery.

【创1:27】 神就照着自己的形像造人，
So God created man in His own image,
【创1:31】 神看着一切所造的都甚好。
And God saw all that He had made, and behold, it was very good.

【创3:1】蛇对女人说：“ 神岂是真说不许你们吃园中所有树上的果子吗？”
Now the serpent …said to the woman, “Has God really said, ‘You shall not eat from any tree of the garden’?”
【启12:9】…那古蛇，名叫魔鬼，又叫撒但，是迷惑普天下的。
the serpent of old who is called the devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world;

【罗5:12】这就如罪是从一人入了世界，…
Therefore, just as through one man sin entered into the world,
【罗3:23】因为世人都犯了罪，亏缺了 神的荣耀，
for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,

神帮助人脱离罪的不良影响、是有阶段性的
God helps people deal with the effects of sin in stages.

第一步、用律法约束罪
First, God restrains sin through the law.

【加4:1-2,4】我说那承受产业的，虽然是全业的主人，但为孩童的时候，却与奴仆毫无分别，乃在师傅和管家的手下，…在律法以下，
1Now I say, as long as the heir is a child, he does not differ at all from a slave, although he is owner of everything, 2but he is under guardians and managers, …under the law,

遵照律法而行，就可以得到祝福，
违背律法，就要承担后果
Obedience to the law brings blessing,
but disobedience brings consequences.

律法管人是有用的，但也是有限的。
The law is effective in restraining people,
but it is also limited.

律法管人也有消极的影响
The law can also have negative effects on people.

没有有律法不行，
有律法，又会成为枷锁
We cannot do without the law;
yet with it, it can become a burden.

第二步、信耶稣基督在十字架上除去人的罪
Second, through faith in Jesus Christ,
our sins are taken away at the cross.

【加4:4】及至时候满足， 神就差遣他的儿子，为女子所生，且生在律法以下，
【加4:5】要把律法以下的人赎出来，叫我们得着儿子的名分。
4But when the fullness of the time came, God sent His Son, born of a woman, born under the Law, 5so that He might redeem those who were under the Law, that we might receive the adoption as sons and daughters.

Not a verbal confession,
but a real entering in by faith.

Reduced from a child of God with a glorious life
to a sinner to pay the penalty by one’s own effort.

By the Spirit and by Faith: Turning Daily Life burdens into Fruitfulness

2. 顺从圣灵，离开错误教导
Walking by the Spirit: Turning Away from False Teaching

Obey the Spirit, abide in Christ,
walk with God and fulfill His will.

3. 顺从圣灵，不错误领会“因信称义”
Walking by the Spirit: Rightly Understanding Justification by Faith

For you were called to freedom, brothers and sisters; only do not turn your freedom into an opportunity for the flesh, …

自己没有做好，
却不愿意接受别人管
We fail to do what is right,
yet are unwilling to be corrected by others.

…but serve one another through love.
14For the whole Law is fulfilled in one word, in the statement, “You shall love your neighbour as yourself.”

因信脱去了罪
继续因信、住在耶稣基督里，
成就神的心意
By faith, we have been freed from sin;
we continue, by faith, to abide in Jesus Christ,
and fulfil God’s will.

【加5:15】你们要谨慎，若相咬相吞，只怕要彼此消灭了。
15But if you bite and devour one another, take care that you are not consumed by one another.

4. 顺着圣灵而行，不放纵肉体的情欲
Walk by the Spirit and Do Not Gratify the Desires of the Flesh

【加5:16】我说：你们当顺着圣灵而行，就不放纵肉体的情欲了。
But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh.
【加5:17】因为情欲和圣灵相争，圣灵和情欲相争，这两个是彼此相敌，使你们不能作所愿意作的。
For the desires of the flesh are against the Spirit, and the desires of the Spirit are against the flesh, for these are opposed to each other, to keep you from doing the things you want to do.

圣灵会保守我们继续在基督里，
胜过肉体情欲
The Holy Spirit keeps us abiding in Christ,
so that we may overcome the desires of the flesh.

魔鬼的三个步骤:
第一，阻拦我们领受一个关键的事实，
Three steps of the Devil:
First, it prevents us from receiving a crucial truth.

第二，用情欲来蒙蔽人，
使人享受罪中之乐。
Second, it deceives through the flesh
and draws people into the pleasure of sin.

第三、控告我们，
让我们灰心、放弃，
Third, it accuses us,
discouraging us and driving us to give up.

【加5:18】但你们若被圣灵引导，就不在律法以下。
But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.

5. 分辨属灵境况，结出圣灵的果子
Discern Your Spiritual Condition and Bear the Fruit of the Spirit

【加5:19-21a】情欲的事都是显而易见的，就如奸淫、污秽、邪荡、拜偶像、邪术、仇恨、争竞、忌恨、恼怒、结党、纷争、异端、嫉妒、醉酒、荒宴等类，
Now the works of the flesh are evident: sexual immorality, impurity, sensuality, 20idolatry, sorcery, enmity, strife, jealousy, fits of anger, rivalries, dissensions, divisions, 21envy,d drunkenness, orgies, and things like these.

【加5:22】圣灵所结的果子，就是仁爱、喜乐、和平、忍耐、恩慈、良善、信实、
【加5:23】温柔、节制。这样的事，没有律法禁止。
22But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.

不是从圣灵身上长出来，
而是靠着圣灵、从基督的生命中长出来的。
It does not grow from the Spirit Himself,
but by the Spirit, from the life of Christ.

【约15:5】我是葡萄树，你们是枝子；常在我里面的，我也常在他里面，这人就多结果子；
I am the vine, you are the branches; the one who remains in Me, and I in him bears much fruit,

6. 明确真理、堵住情欲的破口
Standing in the Truth and Shutting the Door on the Flesh

脱离肉体情欲很难，
旧人钉不死
It feels so hard to break free from the flesh,
as if the old self can never be put to death.

【加5:24】凡属基督耶稣的人，是已经把肉体连肉体的邪情私欲同钉在十字架上了。
And those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.

顺从圣灵、凭着信心，
在基督里，抵挡情欲
Obey the Spirit and live by faith,
in Christ we resist the desires of the flesh.
