Step 1: Assemble Ultrasonic Sensor
With the four prongs facing up, push the
ultrasonic sensor into the blue frame piece.
Step 2: Assemble Line Sensors
Press the line sensors into the frame and secure with screws and nuts. Attach the ground support to the bottom of the frame with a screw.

Press the motors firmly
into the chassis.
Attach the ultra sonic
component to the chassis
and secure it with a screw.
Step 3: Attach Motors and Ultra Sonic Component
Attach the circuit board to the chassis at these four points

You may have to wiggle or bend the board slightly to get it into place. This is okay.
Step 4: Attach Arduino Circuit Board

Step 5: Add Battery, Shield, and Wheels
Place battery on circuit board with cord facing back.
Place shield over the circuit board and press firmly to connect the pins.
Push wheels onto the spokes and secure with screws.
Step 6: Connect Line Sensor Wires
Out, Vcc, Gnd
Sig, 5V, Gnd
Vcc, Trig, Echo, Gnd
Trig, Vcc, Gnd

Step 8: Connect Motor and Battery Wires
Connecting to iDronebot
Connect the USB Micro to the iDronebot using the USB Micro to USB Type A cord. If you use Windows OS (USB C), you will need a USB Type C to USB Type A female adaptor

Open the _02_RC_Car.ino sketch in the CupDrone_Reo_Robot folder.

Make sure you’ve selected the “Arduino Leonardo” board and the correct port. Then click the “Upload” button.
Open the CupDrone mobile app on your smartphone and click on the Settings gear in the top-right corner.

Click “Scan” to scan for nearby Bluetooth devices. Click on “CupDrone” to connect to your iDronebot.
Go back to the main menu and click the “Unlock” button at the bottom. Note: your app may look slightly different.

Motor Speed Variable
Initial Function
Half of the smartphone's pitch control value is converted to forward and reverse speed and
roll control value is defined in the direction of the RC car.
The speed and direction of the RC car are determined by controlling the speed of the left and right motors, and it is made by combining the Speed variable and the Dir variable.
The speed of the left and right motors obtained above is setPWM() to drive the motor.
Why Arduino Leonardo? Unlike other Arduino boards, Leonardo has two serial ports for USB and Bluetooth. Atmega 2560 has several serial ports, but it has a big MCU (microcontroller unit). https://docs.arduino.cc/hardware/leonardo
