The Annual Update process must be completed yearly.
The following screenshots are provided to assist with navigation and the process itself.
The Annual Update is for updating existing student’s information in Infinite Campus. The parent/guardian will log into the parent portal and begin navigating through the menus to the annual update section. By clicking the “More” button, the parent can advance into the next menu.
The “More” menu now shows additional links to IC resources. Click on “Annual Update” to continue.
The user now has the option of entering Annual Update, or New Student Registration (when enabled)
This screen shows students that are linked to the parent/guardian account and are eligible for Annual Update. Click the large button on the bottom of the screen to continue.
The user may now select their language.
The system now prompts the user for a digital signature.
Navigation Tabs
The parent/guardian advances through each tab (along the top) and may add data or edit as required. Clicking the Edit/Review button will allow for editing of information. Date that is required will contain an asterisk, and will not allow you to advance until it is filled. Clicking Save/Continue will write the data to our server.
Navigation Pleats
Some tabs contain “pleats” that the user will navigate through to complete. (clicking the next button under each section will advance to next pleat) Clicking “Save/Continue” will write your data to the server.
Some pleats contain drop down lists. Clicking on the box will allow you additional choices.
Some pleats may contain “Radio Buttons” which will allow you a single selection from multiple choices.
Continuing through each section will allow the user to update or add information as needed.
