WHAT HAPPENED?

  • On January 30, 2024, Raymond and I filed a formal complaint with the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin (PSCW), alleging We Energies failed to maintain safe, reliable utility service due to neglected tree maintenance and aging infrastructure.

  • During our Annual Harvest Meeting October 5th, 2024, neighbors voted by support joining as an Intervenor and full party status.

  • After PSCW dismissed the complaint without a full hearing, we filed a Petition for Judicial Review on October 18, 2024

  • An amended petition was filed on December 10, 2024. The case is now pending before Judge Timothy Witkowiak.
