Peer Advisory Board

11 of 17

This group has an incredible depth and breadth of knowledge, perspective, and experience.

In our Peer Advisory Board time, we will tap into that braintrust. We will support and learn from each others’ leadership journeys.

PEER ADVISORY BOARD

The Power of a Peer Advisory Board

Candid Advice & Feedback

Our Peer Advisory Board allows us to connect authentically, without the politics or pressure of organizational dynamics.

Diverse Perspectives

Our diverse range of viewpoints unlocks new perspectives and richer dialogue.

Imperfect Articulation

Core is one place you don’t have to perform. We are allowed the space to process information “live” with vulnerability, which is not often an option in our work roles.

Normalized Challenges

It’s rare to have access to a group of executives who can truly relate. We aim to feel less alone and more confident, no matter what the challenge.

Giving + Getting

Whether you are getting or giving advice, insights can be gained. In short, growth happens when we receive AND when we give.

Active Listening

Listening is a skill that needs practice. Trust, empathy, and connection all stem from active listening.

How does the Peer Advisory Board fit into Core?

Peer Advisory Board time is fundamental to the Core experience and will be an element of most meetings.

Each member may bring a timely and specific challenge (or opportunity!) that you’re facing.

The braintrust of this group will act as your Personal Board of Advisors, helping you navigate, unpack, and experiment with new perspectives.
