JPB Mission, Vision, & Focus

​

JPB Vision: The vision of JPB is to foster a culture of independent learners who become well-rounded members of their community and thrive in all aspects of their lives.

​

JPB Mission: The mission of JPB is to prepare our community of students for the future by sharing and modeling the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve academic success and personal growth in a safe and positive environment.

JPB FY24 Focus

Here is what we are focusing on as a team this year:

  1. Improve our school climate by implementing a schoolwide positive behavior systems of support, morning meetings, leadership specials class (Character Strong Program), and regular recognition of staff and students
  2. Strengthening our guided reading and phonics instructional practices to increase student literacy in grades PK-5
  3. Implement consistent programming to monitor and improve math fluency as we learn the new math standards that will be implemented during the FY24 school year
