Climate Change App to Measure Risk of CO, NO2, and Ozone

App Overall

  • The app has three platforms:

- CO Platform.

- NO2 Platform.

- Ozone Platform.

  • The area selections:

- Houston, TX.

- Austin TX.

  • We can plot both areas in the same graph.

CO Platform

  • There is a plot and table that can show both areas.
  • Risk Warning level has a lamp that can show risk of CO as showing low risk, medium risk, and high risk.
  • We can download table as CSV and plot as image.
  • The app has a reference page, when click in it go to reference website.

NO2 Platform

  • In this section we have NO2 data.
  • We used text file to import the information from text file to the app.
  • We can switch between areas and plot them as we like.
  • We can select a point in the plot to know what was the level of NO2 at that time.

Ozone Platform

  • The plot and table read from excel files.
  • The text box reads the information from text file outside the app.
  • The Ozone level shows the risk difference between Houston and Austin.
  • When switched between areas, the text box and the risk waring will change as they are programmed to compare between areas.

All Data from excel Files

  • The app connects with 9 excel files for both areas and for CO, NO2, and Ozone.
  • These are the main part of the project.
  • The app can be easily modified to input any data and connected with any data of choice.
