  • Refocuse planning sessions that use the learning outcome/targets and daily formative assessment (exit ticket) to determine the big ideas and understandings that students must have along with the skills to display mastery at the conclusion of the session or daily lesson.
  • Sustain the integration of T3s (Teachers Teaching Teachers) sessions, allowing teachers to “go live”.
  • Annotate assigned lessons, actively anticipating challenges. Strategically plan by embedding extra practice opportunities, or "at bats," in lesson plans and student materials.
  • Informal/formal observations to ensure adherence to pacing calendar.
  • Monitoring of module assessments.
  • Analysis of student work samples.
  • Assessment monitoring within the Afirm platform.
