About the role of a family in everybody’s life
A family means the most nearest and dearest to us people who are always with us from the moment of our birth and throughout our lives. A family plays a very important role in the life of every person.
Firstly, a family is the first school a baby enters in this world. There we get acquainted [əˈkweɪntɪd]знакомимся with the world around us and receive our first lessons. Parents teach their children to walk, talk, make friends and appreciate [əˈpriːʃieɪt] ценитьthe world. In the family we acquire [əˈkwaɪə]приобретаем all the necessary skills for our future life. Secondly, a family is an emotional center of people’s life. You can always find help and support in your family. If you have any problems, you can consult your parents or relatives. It doesn’t matter how old we are, what we are or what we’ve done – our family will never turn away from us, it will always support and calm us.Thirdly, a family helps us to succeed in our life and to build a career [kəˈrɪə]. Relatives give us valuable [ˈvæljuəbl]ценные knowledge about different career prospects. Also, they help us to choose our own path in the life and give us financial [faɪˈnænʃl] support.
All in all, I strongly believe that there is nothing more important in our life than the family. All the moral values, lifestyle and world outlook we learn from our family.
Option №2 About positive and negative traits of your character.
To begin with, I have both positive and negative traits of character. I think I’m a sociable person because I make friends easily and I can communicate well with people that I’ve never met before. Also, I’m active. I never waste time sitting at home. I often play sport games such as football, basketball ……. and volleyball ….) I’m fond of roller-skating and swimming.Speaking about my negative traits of character I’d like to say that I’m a bit lazy. I hate tiding my room. I wish I could get off washing up or doing the shopping.Unfortunately, sometimes I can be angry. For example, I lose my temper when …. (choose examples ex. 1a p.80, ex. 2(a) p.81), also, it really annoys me when people (choose examples ex. 1a p.80, ex. 2a p.81.).
In conclusion I’d like to say that I’m sure my good traits of character will help me in my future life and I’ll try to cope with my negative ones.

About the most significant [sɪɡˈnɪfɪkənt] changes in people’s lives
Modern world brings some significant[sɪɡˈnɪfɪkənt]значительные changes in people’s lives[laɪvz]. A lot of people nowadays want to make a difference in the world and they are ready to give their own time, money and efforts [ˈefəts]усилия to do it. They help to build homes for poor families, teach poor children, take care of orphans [ˈɔːfənz] сиротыor help to protect an endangered species.
The changes that some people made, took their lives in completely [kəmˈpliːtli]полностью different directions [daɪˈrekʃənz] and helped them to make the world a much better place.

Thanks to such people the lives [laɪvz] of many people around the world are improving and in their eyes [aɪz] the sun is probably shining brighter than it used to.

About studying abroad as a way of getting new life experience
These days more and more people are deciding to study abroad. They think this is a good idea because it is challenging and life enriching. Without a doubt it is a good way of getting new life experience.
Firstly, studying abroad allows you to learn a lot about another culture. Living in a totally different culture is an adventure and a great learning opportunity. Students have a chance to understand the local people, their customs, traditions and social etiquette better.
Secondly, you can become fluent in the foreign language. This is a valuable skill that will improve your employment prospects when you graduate.
Thirdly, students learn many life skills. They may learn how to cook for themselves, manage their own money and get along with different people, skills which they will use throughout their lives.
So,you see that studying abroad is a valuable experience that provides a lot more than just a qualification.
