MY TOP CHALLENGING VALUE

Values: the things you believe are important in the way you live and work, which often determine your priorities and whether your life is the way you want it to be.

Now, choose one value from your value sort that challenges you:

  • It could be one of your top 4 values;
  • It could be something that doesn’t resonate for you, but seems important to others;
  • It could be something you want to care more about but find confusing.

With this value in mind, answer these questions:

  1. Define the value from reliable sources
  2. Why is this value challenging for you?
  3. Describe a time when you encountered this value in your life, and how you handled it.
