WHO WE ARE
We're a studio that edits only with Korean Music! (but exceptions will be considered too :) and with their remixes, mashups or english/japanese/chinese versions.
We create meps with any kind of anime (ecchi too) and manga, fanarts, video games and sometimes idols are allowed,too! I'm planning to make sometimes collaborations or meps about only idols, too. Any type of style is allowed: we choose together the song of the mep and then we will see together how to edit it. KHUA stands for K: Korea and Hua: is a sign that, coming from ancient Korean (when it was still linked to chinese) means both flower and fire.

How we get everything organized
Things might change but we usually follow this order:
1/2 months (4 to 7 weeks) for doing the mep
7-15 days of extra time for those who requested/ and backups
2-3 days for the mep to be uploaded with all the info and credits
1-2 weeks (time based on how much delay we did for the previous mep) of free time (we might start to already chat about theme and to suggest songs)
1 week (maximum 10 days) for voting the song or other details

This means that now we upload 1 mep every 3 months.
If we get to be more than 20 people and/or will have IDOL members, too, we will do few mini meps or extra projects, too. People can choose to take part to just one of the two or both (without changing a lot the % of requested participation)
Deadlines and material?
Deadlines are based also on members activity. Sometimes when we chat I get to know about people who have exams, work projects, trips ect during that time so I always give more than just 4 weeks of deadline.
Also the 4 weeks only deadline is for really small projects like mini-meps.
When there are 10 days left to the deadline I start warning people and contacting them for knowing how much they’ve already done for the mep and if they need more time.
Once a member doesn’t reply for a week (starting form those -10 days) I automatically give that part to someone else with of course 7-10 extra days after the official deadline.
For the material I usually cut the parts and give them the same day or one day after the mep track upload. In our discord server you can find anything you need or ask for suggestions or help with effects and inspo.

Members :
WORK min. participation 50% meps of the year. Can participate to every kind of mep. If they want they can take more parts, can do backup, can make extra videos (with the KHUA intro) for the studio (uploaded in their channels and studio’s too if requested by them).
PROS They receive a bg and icon of the studio
They can suggest and vote for songs and themes
Guests : min participation 50% of the meps they’ve been called to do the backup. They can participate just to the biggest meps and public meps. Which ones? It’s written in the news/ mep video’s description.
They have to reply soon when called for a backup (still can reject, don’t worry)
PROS They receive a bg and icon of the studio only after they participate to their first mep
They can suggest and vote for songs and themes

COMING SOON IDOLS: They edit only with idols (or mostly with them), but they can choose to backup other meps, too if they want.

COMING SOON FLOWERS/ LIGHTSTICK FANS:
-Those who just want to suggest meps, who know which songs and anime are popular and are the better choice for the next project.
-Those who like to randomly participate to some of our public meps without becoming a member or haven’t been chosen yet from our stuff, or because participating to our public mep they need to keep in contact with the studio through discord for any news and so are just temporary collaborators.
-They receive lightstick icons (like real kpop fans \(°^°)/ ) and they can access to our discord server for suggestions, chatting or seeing our previews
