Your cover photo should be unique, engaging, on brand and include some kind of call to action or tagline describing your service. Make sure it’s easy to read on your mobile phone.

Your content is key! If you want to be a trustworthy brand/agent write about yourself so people can connect with you. Keep in mind.. an expert doesn’t say they are an expert they show it.

Keep 80% of your facebook content value based. That means it should be social, helpful, or interesting to your audience. The other 20% of your facebook content can include self promotion, selling and whatever else you see fit for lead generation.

You should try to post 1- 4 times a week anymore than that and you can flood your audiences feed which leads them to unfollow. 50% of people say they hate it when brands clutter their newsfeed.
Short & Sweet
Facebook marketing researched that posts under 80 characters perform better than longer posts.
Images should be captivating with minimal text on the image.
Try using professional images for lead generation. Pexels is a great place to find free images to use.
Politics
