  • Objective: offer an open drop-in space for 2025 technical reporting questions and hands-on support from the CSO team.

  • Q1 technical reporting deliverables:
      • Reporting 2025 results: submit w1/w2 (pooled) results by EOD, 30 Jan.; submit KPs and w3/bilat results by 20 Feb.
      • QA process: SP/A window 🡺 10-20 Feb. (please consider user access!!)
      • Annual technical report template & guidance will be shared with SP/A teams by end of Jan. (TBC – pending CS approval)� - There will be a section on Adaptive Management. Start considering findings from your Program or Accelerator Evaluability Assessment Findings; changes identified during the 2026 Planning process including changes to ToC indicators, targets, geographies; results that have been reported outside of your ToC; and W3/Bilaterals. Top 2-3 identified risks and action to mitigate these, etc.
      • 2025 results will be available in the Results Dashboard (and internal dashboard) on 3 March.
      • V0 draft of SP/A annual technical report (narrative + analytics) available first week of March.
      • Support to SP/A with finalizing the annual technical report: throughout March.
      • SP/A internal validation and clearance process of the reports: TBD with the Program Coordinators
      • Deadline for submitting final/approved reports to the CSO: EOD, 27 March.

Latest PRMS enhancements (update provided on 15 Jan.)

  • Developments available starting with 16 Jan:
      • Innovation packages module;
      • W3/bilateral results module;
      • Selection of HLO alone to report results not planned for in the Program’s TOC.
    • Notifications tab will be available starting with 21 Jan.
    • Impact Area scores: possibility to select multiple sub-components for same IA. Feature will be available next week.
  • AI helper for titles and description now also considers the submitted evidence.
  • AI helper for Innovation Readiness Level, Innovation Use Level, and Impact Area Tags – rollout deferred (not available for 2025 technical reporting).

Latest PRMS enhancements (update provided on 22 Jan.)

    • Notifications - Requests tab will be available starting with 23 Jan.
    • Impact Area sub-components selection: possibility to select multiple sub-components for same IA. Feature will be available on 23 Jan.
  • Change of result typology: feature available during QA process (starting with 10 Feb.).
  • Result PDF is being updated; final details will be available by the end of Jan.
  • W3/bilat module and results from Centers will become available early next week (27 Jan).

Updates - 29 Jan. 2026

Reporting extensions:

          • Updates to 2022–24 innovations (development, use, and packages): until 19 Feb.
          • Reporting of new innovation packages: until 4 Feb.
          • Reporting of KPs: 20 Feb.
          • For all other results categories (CapDev, new innov dev/use, policy change, other): reporting deadline is 30 Jan.

QA window for SP/A: 10-20 Feb. (don’t forget to test your access to the QA platform beforehand!)

Upcoming info sessions:

QA platform walkthrough: 3 Feb.

Revision and submission of w3/bilateral results in PRMS: 5 Feb.

Annual technical report template: 19 Feb.
