The following information outlines the next two months including the pictures, dress rehearsal, the show etc… The information included is very important. Please take note of the WHO? WHAT? WHEN? WHERE? AND HOW? for each item.

2025 TICKET SALES

TICKETS—$35.00 TICKETS GO ON SALE

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 15th at 9a.

A link for online ticketing will be distributed the week of November 9 on social

media and through email so your families can plan accordingly.

• TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE (After this date tickets are $45.00 each)
• The Rialto Square Theater is a Live Nation venue and requires physical Ticketmaster tickets for admittance. You will be able to pick up tickets at your respective studios as of December 15th.
• Note: Dancers name must be visible on order for tickets to be delivered to your respective studio. All other tickets will be at Will Call to be picked up upon arrival to the theater.
• Doors open to the venue at 6:00p.
• Event begins at 7:00p and should run 80min with a 20 min intermission.

2025 ORDER FORM

2025 RECITAL T-SHIRT - NUTCRACKER

MBC offers a cast sweatshirt each year that lists the entire cast of dancers on

the back with the show and year on the front. This is a special memento for

all the hard work the students have put toward the show. The sweatshirts

come in size SC –XXLA. (Orders made by November 10st may not arrive before the show.)

MBC offers an official Midwest Ballet Jacket available for our cast to purchase. SC –XXLA

$45.00 each (Orders made by November 1st may not arrive before the show.)

2025 RECITAL VIDEO - NUTCRACKER

The video will be done by ZAKER VIDEOS and will include THE ENTIRE SHOW. This is a great way for

the performers to see what the other classes are doing because they are unable to watch during the show.

If you place an order from another studio please turn in a check at your next practice and your items will be delivered.

2025 CHRISTMAS

SHOW IMPORTANT

1. Arrive on-time at the Van Buren street door. (Students will not be welcome into the building late as we will start rehearsal promptly)
2. Students will not have time to get dressed at the show. Please have them fully dressed with make-up before dancers are dropped off at the theater.
3. Pink tights required for all dancers.
4. Fresh pink slippers are key!!! No dirty shoes!
5. Please wear small AB crystal earrings.
6. Students need to be dress in the first number that they are going on stage for. All costumes must be on hangers in a clear bag. Each piece must be labeled with the students first and last name - this includes all headpieces. All shoes must be marked with both first and last name. It is strongly recommended that any dancer with 3 or more costumes invest in a garment rack,.
7. Please have hair up in the appropriate style and make-up on! NO part with hair in crown of head wrap bun.
8. Please make sure that when you arrive you have everything and when you leave you have everything.
9. ABSOLUTELY NO SHOES, JACKETS, SHIRTS, OR PANTS WILL BE ALLOWED IN WITH THE STUDENTS!!! THE LESS STUFF IN THE LESS STUFF LOST!!!
