OUR MISSION.

To promote the welfare of KES children in school, home and community.

To increase communication between the home and school so that parents and teachers may work cooperatively toward enhancing the education of KES children.

To conduct fundraising events, when necessary, and programs for the benefit of KES students.

2025 - 2026 KES PTO Objectives

BUILD A CONNECTED COMMUNITY

Foster strong relationships among families, staff, and the PTO to create a culture of belonging and shared purpose. Examples: Grade-level and parent-focused events, grade-level liaisons to facilitate communication and engagement.

DRIVE FUNDRAISING AND FINANCIAL SUSTAINABILITY

Ensure the PTO can support enrichment, community events, and school initiatives through effective fundraising strategies and responsible financial planning. Examples: Diversified fundraising campaigns, corporate partnerships and sponsorships, transparent reporting of PTO impact, creative community-driven events that balance fun and revenue.

STRENGTHEN DISTRICT PARTNERSHIPS

Collaborate with KLSD to align PTO initiatives with district priorities, amplify community impact, and support shared goals. Examples: Joint events with district leaders, involvement in Vision 2030 initiatives, sharing feedback and ideas from families to inform planning.
