  • USPS establishes proprietary zip code marketing data base for each person that identifies dimensions from which marketers can target their products specifically, eg, APanasuk(m for male), 52 (for birth year), 80012-3767 for current zip code or “ APanasukm52800123767”.

  • Each Person’s Email Account (APanasuk@USPS.com) & Zip Code Marketing Data (APanasukm52800123767) Correlate to Each Other, Allowing Adjustments to be Made, Such as If a Person Moves from One Zip Code to Another.

  • Marketing vendors attach their advertisements on USPS Email messages sent to targeted USPS Email recipients using the zip code marketing proprietary data base.
  • Example #1: Nationwide. Wisconsin USPS Email account located in zip code 54017 sends email to Anthony Panasuk in Colorado Zip Code 80012. Advertisement sent with Email is on behalf of a car dealership located near zip code 80012 advertising yearend General Motors pickup sale. Car dealership knows APanasuk@USPS.com is a male over 50 years old living in the 80012 zip code.
  • Example #2. Local. Friend located in downtown Denver zip code 80202 sends Email to Anthony Panasuk located in metro Denver zip code 80012. Restaurant located in zip code 80012 has advertisement with 15% off dinner meals delivered with Email message. (Special coupon can be printed out for use by Anthony Panasuk). Restaurant knows its advertisement was sent to an adult male who might use the coupon to dine at its restaurant.
  • Summary: By using USPS email and its proprietary email and zip code marketing data base, businesses can advertise locally or nationally to a targeted audience. There are many variations of this business model that can be explored and used to create marketing opportunities for any business wanting to market its products or services anywhere, to include B2B applications.

How USPS Can Generate a Million Dollars Daily in Revenue

  • There are approximately 1.5 billion Emails sent daily. USPS accounts delivering 100 million Emails daily with the USPS charging its marketing vendors 1 penny foreach advertisement delivered, would generate $1 million daily for the USPS.

  • By establishing a quality free Email service that does not permit spam or other intrusive unsolicited messages, the USPS would quickly become the Email messaging service of choice.
