Phone Interviewing
When creating a new Job Posting, you will need to add the
Qualifi Interview Package for your Store
Scroll down to Screening Section at the bottom of the Job Template Page.
Go To Qualifi Interviewing Package.
Highlight Package from dropdown based on Store Location (listed alphabetically).
Double Click or Click Arrow to Move to Selected Box.
Click Next (at top of page).
If you created a new job posting and forgot to add the Qualifi Interview Package:
Go to the Details tab in the Job
Scroll down to Screening Section at the bottom of the Job Template Page.
Under Qualifi Interviewing Package, highlight package from dropdown based on Store Location (listed alphabetically).
Double Click or Click Arrow to Move to Selected Box.
Click Save (at top of page).
To Request a Candidate to Complete a Qualifi Phone Screen,�Go to Candidate Profile, Click Advance, & Phone Screen Requested (Qualifi).
This will trigger a text message and email to the Candidate.
Once you update the status to Phone Screen Requested (Qualifi), you will see a notification that the interviews has been ordered.
At this time, a text message and email have been sent to the candidate.
Note: You will notice it says Video Interview, Qualifi currently only offers audio interviews so please don’t let the work video confuse you.
The candidate will receive the below email and text message to conduct the interview whichever way is easier for them.
Once the candidate clicks on Get Started in the email or the Link in the text message, they will be sent to a page with a link to the job description, what to expect and instructions.
They will need to acknowledge the terms & conditions then click next.
The candidate will then see tips for the interview and their phone number. They can enter a new phone number if they want to use a different number.
Finally, they will click Start Interview.
Once the candidate completes the interview, you will receive an email notification.
Click View Candidate to review and listen to the interview.
This can be done from your mobile device or computer.
To review the interview results from iCIMS,
Go to the Candidate’s Profile, Click Screen then Video Interview (Note: The interview will be completed in audio not video)
Click Hyperlink to Review & Listen to the Candidate’s Phone Interview
Listen, Rate, and Add Notes to Candidate Phone Screen Answers.
You can also Download the Transcript and Share the Interview with Team Members
After review, go to the candidate’s application in iCIMS to select advance or reject depending on your decision.
