  • A mobile nutrition and physical activity digital health outreach effort. Accepted into the SNAP-Ed Toolkit in 2020.

  

    • Aligned with SNAP-Ed direct programming to strengthen the home-school connection.

    • Provides resources and tips to keep families engaged in a healthy lifestyle.

    • Connects families with information about local wellness-related events.
  • Texts and resources are available in English and Spanish at no cost to the participants.
  • Main goal: to influence behavior change for the entire family.
