STUDENT EXPECTATIONS

• Follow UNG student conduct guidelines.

​

• Maintain a 2.50 or higher college GPA and complete 67% of all attempted classes.
• Letter grades earned at UNG figure into high school GPA.

​

• Grades earned through DE could impact future eligibility for college admission, scholarships, and high school graduation.

​

• Check UNG student email regularly to stay informed on UNG Dual Enrollment dates, deadlines, and student expectations.

• Develop time management strategies

TIPS FOR STUDENT SUCCESS

• Student must be entering junior or senior year of high school.

​

• Student must present a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.25 or higher in their Required High School Curriculum (RHSC) coursework.

​

• The student must meet the subsection minimum requirements for a single test type.
• UNG accepts: SAT, ACT, PSAT, PreACT, Accuplacer

APPLICATION PROCESS

*The application fee is waived for all DE applicants.

*UNG Admissions must receive a copy of your transcript in a sealed envelope directly from the school or electronically through GA Futures.

*Acceptable test formats: SAT, ACT, Accuplacer, pSAT, PreACT.

1. Apply for admission through GA Futures

2. Request High School Transcript

3. Submit official test scores

4. Submit proof of lawful presence

5. Complete GAfutures funding application

*Separate application is required to obtain funding for DE courses.
