SUMMARY
Shakespeare’s Death Vending Machine
Dying is hard. Comedy is. . . dying. The Bard’s tragedies were the height of comedy. Join us on stage for some brutally hilarious deaths with the only show that offers to stab you in front of a crowd of people.
Do you have an inexplicable urge to die tragically and dramatically under absolutely ridiculous circumstances? Now’s your chance!
With our handy dandy Shakespearean Death Vending Machine you can choose any death you like, tailored specifically to your unique and discerning tastes.
Stabbing, drowning, poisoning, fire, beheading, bungee jumping without a bungee, mauling, snake bite, getting ripped to pieces or just good, old fashioned heart break. You can do it alone, you can do it with your friends, you can do it with a lover. Although it sounds like a gothic Dr. Seuss, it’s actually Shakespeare.
Your Shakespeare connoisseur will regale you with the tale of your untimely and entirely avoidable death. Most likely due to betrayal or poor communication. It’s very possible you will be brutally murdered or die horrifically.
What a delightful way to spend your day! Find your local Shakespearean Death Vending Machine to participate.
ABOUT THE SHOW
You will never see an audience this excited about Shakespeare again.
This immersive “edu-tainment” show introduces Shakespeare to children and reintroduces Shakespeare to adults in a way that has our audiences saying “I need to read that play”.
Your Shakespeare connoisseur talks with the audience to find out which death they want to see and then casts the play from the audience.
Once cast, she takes them on the wild ride that leads to their ridiculous death scene and assists them in an unforgettable performance.
Our attention to our audiences and incredibly flexible interactions with them is unparalleled and makes every show unique.
Most importantly, the show was created by a long time Renaissance faire goer who understands what faire audiences want to see and created a show specifically for that audience.
We understand and love our audiences and our job.

Show Creator, Veronica Rosas
Veronica loves Shakespeare and dead things. As a trained Shakespearean actor with a theatre degree, she’s really not qualified for anything other than forcing people to hear about Shakespeare at Renaissance Faires.
Thanks to trauma, she is very funny and loves jokes about death. She is dramatic AF and does not understand the term “low key” because she has never been low key about anything in her entire life.
She is an award winning director, writer, producer, choreographer and actor. She is the artistic director of Theatre of Mutiny, a theatre company which pushes the boundaries of traditional theatre, finding new ways to tell stories to an audience who would not consider themselves theatre goers.
When not murdering strangers at Renaissance Faires, she’s murdering her friends at Renaissance Faires with her ensemble show, 79 Ways to Die.
She has far too many ideas and will continue to create until the day she herself meets her untimely demise.
