How to do a hard reset

You may need a hard reset if the light next to the power button is flashing red. (Two red flashing lights indicate low battery.)

To do a hard reset:

1. Connect mobile device to base.

2. Plug in base to power source.

3. With robot base off, press and hold down on the power button for 10 seconds. You will see the robot lights turn orange.

4. Turn on the robot. If you have had trouble with a connection before, this may resolve the issue and allow the base to connect to the mobile device. (You may have to do the hard reset more than once to get it to work.)

5. If this doesn’t work, try restarting the mobile device.

The Teams app is what powers and controls the robot’s behavior. You can capture video in the Teams app with or without the robot, however it must be used in the background when live streaming. If streaming apps are greyed out, your robot is not connected to your mobile device and you will not be able to live stream.
