How to Cite a Website in NoodleTools

Locate a website with information that relates to your research question.

Step 1: Log into NoodleTools and open your project

Step 2: Click the ‘Sources’ tab

Step 3: Click “Create New Citation”

Step 4: Click “Website”

Step 5: Select the type of source you are citing.

If you are not sure, choose “Web Page”

Fill out the form

(as much as you can)

Click on any field or yellow triangle for helpful tips

Step 1: Enter the URL and Dates

Step 2: Enter the contributors and article title

Step 3: Enter the name of website and publisher

Step 4: Click “Save”
