We need to improve our brand recognition

  • Currently we are seeing a negative view of our brand
    • Customers are not getting flowers they ordered
    • Customers have reported, that some orders never make it to their destination
    • Customers also have complained about not being refunded their money
    • Customers have complained about how quick they are dying
    • Customers would aslo like a larger variety of Non- floral gifts

  • We need to focus on making better ways to ship the flowers

  • Now- Two full time employees, 86 hours/week with 92 hours overtime between the two

  • After- Hire two new employees, total of 4 and new two will work 40 hours/week while original two work 52

  • So this way only have to pay 12 hours of overtime, instead of paying 92 hours of overtime
