1. Supporting migrant students through innovating methods and international cooperation.

MIGRANT STUDENTS THE PILLARS

Inclusive education

Including migrant students into school communities eliminating barriers and promoting diversity

Individual approach

Actions adjusted to the needs of individual students taking into consideration language, culture and educational level

Psychological support

Providing migrant students psychological suport so as they feel safe and could develop their competences.

Project outcomes

  1. Fostering social inclusion and integration of refuges and migrant students into their communities by providing tchem with the necessary suport, resources and opportunities.
  2. Creating a more inclusive and diverse society where individuals from different backgrounds feel valued, empowered and equipped to fully participate in social, educational and economic activities.
  3. Reaching to project partnres both teachers, other staff, students and their parents non-project teachers, other staff, students and their parents, policy makers, researchers, educators, governmental bodies, universities, etc.
  4. Migrant students have aqn opportunity to bulid social connections with their peers, gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of different cultures and enhance their wellbeing and language skills.
  5. Migrant students improve their academic performance and life satisfaction. Thanks to that they create a safe and supportive school environment where they feel valued and included.
  6. All of the above outcomes mean that the project created a sense of unity and belonging not only for each and every project participant but also for the non-project ones.

  1. Change where possible the logos from Erasmus+ into Co-Funded by European Union.
  2. What methods of measuring outcomes such as soft competences (tolerance, acceptance) did we use to check how much, if any, have increased. Include this info in the final report.
  3. Make a tool to evaluate the opinion of students’ parents if they see any positive changes in their children after taking part in the project. Include this info in the final report.
  4. Final report must demonstrate, using specific figures and examples to prove that the project has a real impact on school community.
  5. Common responsibility of the consortium for the final report to be written the best way so as the project could be approved.
  6. The project results to be submitted to the Erasmus+ Results Dissemination Platform. They need to be properly marked. What shall we publicise? Materials – Dysk Google

PARTNERS DUTIES IN ACCORDANCE TO PARTNER’S AGREEMENT

  1. Coordinates the project – budget, merit work, etc.
  2. Supported by partners prepares interim report
  3. Mutual responsibility to be shared of the final report on the implementation of the Project (60 days after the 28th Feb).
  4. Mutual responsibility to upload all project results on Erasmus + Project Results Platform

5. Holds the primary responsibility for overseeing the entire project, ensuring seamless coordination of all project activities.

6. Develops and manages project agreements to establish clear guidelines and expectations.

7. Ensures that all partner organisations fulfill their commitments and meet project deadlines.

Recommendations for other schools

  1. Migrant students to be offered individual support and understanding and also school integration

Use personalised methods considering students abilities, adaptation proces, individual needs, experience adaptation level.

2. Language competence development

When/If possible increases the numer of language lessons of the hosting country. Offer suport in other edu disciplines/subjects to increasemigrant students self-confidence.

3. Training teaching Staff

Organise teacher training on multicultural education, inclusive strategies to strengthen teaching competences and cohesive practices in the whole school.

4. Create and provide a climate of integration

Build partnerships with local communities and organisations and create migrant student friendly environment which is integration favourable including families.

Assets

Universal tools and methodology enable easy project adaptation in different European countries.

Huge interest of educational institutions and increadsed chances to improve migrant students educating conditions.

Differences in educational systems of European partners may pose a great risk and make it more difficult to introduce a project.
