我朝见耶和华，
在至高 神面前跪拜，
当献上什么呢？
岂可献一岁的牛犊为燔祭吗？
With what shall I come to the LORD
And bow myself before the God on high?
Shall I come to Him with burnt offerings,
With yearling calves?

耶和华岂喜悦千千的公羊，或是万万的油河吗？
我岂可为自己的罪过献我的长子吗？
为心中的罪恶献我身所生的吗？
Does the LORD take pleasure in thousands of rams,
In ten thousand rivers of oil?
Shall I give Him my firstborn for my wrongdoings,
The fruit of my body for the sin of my soul?

With what shall I come to the LORD

He has shown you, O man, what is good;

And what does the LORD require of you
But to do justice,
to love mercy,
And to walk humbly with your God?

耶和华向这城呼叫：
“你们当听是谁派定刑杖的惩罚。
The Lord’s voice cries to the city:
“Hear the rod! Who has appointed it?

恶人家中不仍有非义之财和可恶的小升斗吗？
我若用不公道的天平和囊中诡诈的砝码，岂可算为清洁呢？
Are there yet the treasures of wickedness
In the house of the wicked,
And the short measure that is an abomination?
Shall I count pure those with the wicked scales,
And with the bag of deceitful weights?

我若用不公道的天平和囊中诡诈的砝码，岂可算为清洁呢？

For her rich men are full of violence,

Her inhabitants have spoken lies,
And their tongue is deceitful in their mouth.

却没有让我进入你们的生活。
You left me in the temple,
but did not let me into your lives.

只要你行公义，
好怜悯，
存谦卑的心，与你的 神同行。
The good that God requires of human:
But to do justice,
to love mercy,
And to walk humbly with your God?

因此，我击打你，
使你的伤痕甚重，
使你因你的罪恶荒凉。
Therefore I will also make you sick by striking you,
By making you desolate because of your sins.

你要吃，却吃不饱，你的虚弱必显在你中间。
你必挪去，却不得救护，所救护的，我必交给刀剑。
You will eat, but you will not be satisfied,
And your filth will be in your midst.
You will try to remove valuables for safekeeping,
But you will not save it all,
And what you do save I will turn over to the sword.

你必撒种，却不得收割；
踹橄榄，却不得油抹身；
踹葡萄，却不得酒喝。
You will sow but you will not harvest.
You will tread the olive press but will not anoint yourself with oil;
And tread out sweet wine, but you will not drink any wine.

你们把我留在圣殿，
却没有让我进入你们的生活。
You left me in the temple,
but did not let me into your lives.

Look with eyes of faith at a Savior who
was once became a human and deeply loves us

活在自我里，靠遵守律法而行，
活在基督里，顺圣灵而行。
Live in myself, to obey the law,
Live in Christ, to follow the Holy Spirit.

为什么还常常软弱、犯罪呢?
I have entered into the promises of the New Covenant
through faith in the Lord Jesus,
why I still often fall into weakness and sin?
