and retention.

the needs of late stage technology startups to build high performing teams across the globe.

Assessment Products: We build executive fit assessment products to help understand points of dissonance and resonance in top executive teams and provide the much needed complementarity to the search processes.

Our clientele is based in the USA, Singapore, and India. We have worked extensively with firms across these countries across the technology spectrum.

We work alongside C-Suite level professionals to help them solve their most difficult hiring problems having developed the much sought after industry expertise within the

technology space.

What will you do?

What can a typical day look like for you?

You will work in teams of 3-5 members and play an active role in all aspects of client engagement;

This would include gathering and analysing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating solutions. You will also have the opportunity to present results to clients and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members.

You will receive exceptional training as well as frequent coaching and mentoring from colleagues on your teams. Additionally, you will receive guidance and support from your team members and subject matter experts in the selection of projects, helping you to develop your skills and build your network.

As freshers, you will have the opportunity to explore different avenues within the technology space and build your expertise.

Some examples of what you may be required to do;

Craft a cogent assessment for the Vice President of Engineering for a Healthtech startup

Participate in an interview with the Chief Product Officer of a large IT company

Write a pitch deck for a high profile potential client

Add candidates to our database

Help build the assessment model for a Chief Data Officer

Hold discussions with multiple candidates across all levels

Our Inspiration

The 1968 Mexico City Summer Olympics' sensation was an athlete by the name of Dick Fosbury, a civil engineering student from Oregon, who changed the sport of High Jump forever. Unable to master the then popular “straddle method” of high jump, Dick zeroed-in on the key variable of the sport – the centre of gravity at the high point of the jump. Higher the centre of gravity, greater the gravitational pull and lower the efficiency of muscular effort.

After relentless experimentation, observing other athletes, and persisting through several failed efforts, Dick perfected the technique called the “Fosbury Flop”, a revolutionary new side-running back-first method which won him the gold medal in the 1968 games. Every High Jump athlete since then uses the Fosbury Flop technique.

XQtiv is our humble attempt to learn from Dick Fosbury and discover a set of actions that could make executive search more efficient and efficacious. We have set out to re-imagine and re-architect leadership talent models and build products and solutions that help organizations become better.
