Cost:

  • $1M, payable in 4 milestone based installments of $250K each.
  • $50K per game license, 12 month exclusive, game dev is responsible for dev work; Harmony helps with tokenomics of in-game token.

Benefits:

  • PoQ has a robust, continually refreshed catalog of games for integration / license.
    • 28 games available for immediate licensure. (see examples on following slide)
  • PoQ has global credit card partnerships that can be integrated into the 1Wallet as fiat on-ramps.
  • PoQ has a “No Action Letter” from the SEC which allows devs to create in-game tokens that can be legally purchased by fiat on-ramps, globally.

  • PoQ is a Verified Partner w/ Unity 3D - the world’s most popular game development platform with over 750,000+ certified developers.
  • PoQ is willing to include Harmony and the 1Wallet in their Unity SDK store. (such listings usually cost $250K per year).
  • PoQ has a deep bench of relationships with Twitch and YouTube gaming influencers which will increase visibility of Harmony integrated games, drive further adoption, and generate additional brand recognition for Harmony.
  • Due Diligence: Peter held Back-channel conversations with customer David Shin, Head of Gaming at Klaytn and VP of Verified Partners at Unity3d, Jay Guevara. Other customers are Polygon, NEAR, Avalanche, Algorand, Binance Smart Chain. I’m working on getting back-channel info from my contacts in those orgs.
