Before we get started,

Some of you have joined us on previous sessions but I want to provide a could reminders here for yah.

To receive your MSR credit for attending todays webinar we are going to be post a link with a google form in the chat box. What you will need to do is go to the boom of your computer screen and click on the chat icon. It will then open a chat window and we ask that you do not type your name and number into the chat window, but you will click on link that we will provide there where it will then pop up a google form for you and there you will see a slot for your name and PGA ID Number. You will need to fill those in and click submit. And you will only need to do this one time for this seminar. Please make sure to do it before we end. We will be posting this link several times simply because those who maybe joining us a little late will not see the previous post. Make sure to fill out the information and then you will receive 1 required MSR credit.

If you have any issues or technical challenges during the webinar feel free to contact the section office and we will get some to help you right away. FYI, everyone who is attending your screen and mic are turned off so we cannot hear or see anyone expect for the panelist. So if you have any questions about the topics at hand or questions for any of the panelist you will use the Q&A function at the bottom of your screen where there should be an icon that says Q&A and you're going to click on that where it will open up a box which will enable you to type in a question.

We will keep tabs on those questions throughout the webinar and near the end we will get to the Q&A portion where we will diver a little deeper with those questions so we can answer as many questions as we can. If anyone asked a question that you liked or if you have the same question, go ahead and click the thumbs up button under the question as that will let us know that several of you want to see that question answered.
