  • Log in to https://www.interfolio.com/
  • Choose “Log In”

  • Choose “Sign in With Partner Institution”

  • Search by typing “Texas A&M”
  • Select “Texas A&M AgriLife” from the options
  • Search by typing “Texas A&M”
  • Select “Texas A&M AgriLife” from the options

  • You'll be taken to the Texas A&M login page (CAS Authentication)
  • Enter your NetID and password
  • NetID is usually the first part of your TAMU email address

  • Don’t have a NetID? Go to gateway.tamu.edu to claim one
  • Send your NetID to us so we can give you access to Interfolio F180
  • New unit admin: let us know so we can assign full administrative rights

  • log in with your NetID and password

Viewing Faculty Activity Data

  • Navigate to the “Administration” tab on the left menu

  • Go to Administration, then choose “Approve Faculty Input” under “Activity Input”

  • Drill down into your unit to view individual faculty records

  • Approve/Reject the submission if required

  • Navigate to the “Administration” tab on the left menu

  • Navigate to the “Reports” sub-menu
  • Select “Standard Vitas” under the “Administrative Reports” header

  • Adjust “Employment Status” and “Assigned To Unit As” filters
  • Recommended: “All Active” and “Both”
  • Ensures all faculty assigned to both units included

  • Click the numeric headcount desired unit
  • Example: Click “10” for Amarillo Research and Extension Center (AMAR)
  • Expand data for those 10 faculty members.

  • Choose Template: “Texas A&M AgriLife Faculty Activity Report” or “AgriLife Extension AG-478 Report”
  • Modify date range (e.g., Spring 2023–Fall 2023 for calendar year 2023)
  • View individual records or use “Bulk Export” option

  • To export the Activity Input report in bulk:

- Select document type (desired export format, typically PDF)

- Click “Select Faculty.”

  • A new window will pop up
  • Change to the desired unit
  • Adjust the filters as before
  • Move faculty from Available to Selected
  • click “Select Faculty”

  • Automatically return to the Export window after “Select Faculty”
  • Click “Export” to generate report

  • A new browser tab will open as Interfolio generates the reports
  • A zipped File will be downloaded automatically to your Downloads folder

  • Open the zip file folder
  • Choose Extract all

  • Leave the folder path unchanged
  • Click “Extract” to continue

  • In Downloads folder: find individual AgriLife Faculty Activity Reports
  • Save reports to designated folder

• To view data for all faculty in your unit, create an aggregate report

• Go to the “Administration” tab in the left menu

  • Go to Reports, then select “Activity Input Report” under Activity Reports

  • Adjust filters for unit, date range, and faculty as needed
  • Click “Build Report”

  • Export the report by selecting “Export to …” from the “Actions” menu
