IT Information Security Management

Set of policies are currently out for review and comment and we expect to be submitting this for approval by the end of May. Process is ready to be embedded into Business As Usual once the policies have been approved.

Disaster Recovery and Major Incident Process (Draft)

31 May 16

This is a requirement expedited as a result of the WTO TBT report. A draft documented process to be sent out for review and comment by the end of May. Dependant on feedback the aim is for the process to be fully implemented by mid June.

Service Asset and Configuration Management

30 June 16

An audit to baseline the service configuration and assets currently in place to enable better management and control of the technical infrastructure is almost complete. This will form a controlled asset database which will be in place with supporting processes to control it by the end of June.

Release Management

31 August 16

Introduction of a formal process to replace the interim process currently being used to transition services from Development into Live Production. This will work with the already implemented Change Management process and the Service Asset and Configuration Management Process.

Capacity & Availability Management

31 September 16

Proactive management of capacity within the DevOps infrastructure and formal measurement and reporting of service availability against agreed targets, SLA’s and KPI’s.
