After feeling lazy and gross, he realizes he needs to make a lifestyle change but does not know where to start.

He feels no motivation to get any schoolwork done. He eats junk food all day and doesn’t workout. He doesn’t take advantage of the free time and instead complains about not seeing his friends.

Begins searching the internet for a simple approach to get motivated.
Starts with Instagram and Youtube, but becomes overwhelmed by all the untrustworthy advice.
Tries others’ sites but cannot find exactly what they are looking for.
Finally, he finds Social Distancing- Socially website. Browses through the site and feels the information is credible and exactly what he is looking for.

Decides to make a lifestyle change with the help of website. Starts by waking up at a reasonable hour.
Begins his day with a workout posted on the site.
He tries a new recipe for lunch using the instructions posted on Social Distancing- Socially
A DIY project caught his eye and he decides to try a new craft.

Sees an ad for a small business that he is interested in supporting and clicks the ad that directs him to their site.
Sends the link to his friends and invites them to start “Socializing” with him.
Goes to bed happy at a reasonable hour. Days begin to go by faster.
He feels more connected to others and like his mental health has improved.
