PY3 Accomplishments
Engaged with SGX3 on user testing to improve user experience
Reworked site navigation to better guide users to the information they most wanted
Created landing pages according to persona, providing targeted information for each group’s needs
Conducted further user testing to shore up gaps after revising navigation and adding landing pages
Build an image library in GitHub to further the brand visually across web properties
Determine what we want to track across sites with tools such as Clarity and tag content for accurate reporting
Audit content to address duplications and inconsistencies
Continue to implement improvements from User Testing feedback
Continue increasing visitors to our website through digital content strategies
Continue to test accessibility, particularly with a focus on the Federal government’s April 2026 mandate. to ensure all ACCESS websites meet Title II ADA accessibility guidelines.
