The STEAM Hub 4 CIS2 is an organization dedicated to forming leaders by promoting the use of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math among young people to improve their Creativity, Innovation, Sustainability, and Stewardship (CIS2) for personal development and integration to a continuously changing society.

Vision
By providing a safe and nurturing environment the Hub will be a center for young people (of all ages) to develop the skills necessary for a full integration into society prepared for the challenges of a continuously changing world, by means of supporting their creativity, innovation and developing skills in sustainability and stewardship - CISS.

Equity in education is necessary for a just society, therefore a basic value of the organization is that everybody must have the same opportunities.
Honesty and transparency are required for a functional society; therefore, the organization will strive to be open and transparent to all stakeholders.

Ping-pong/Chess/Foosball/Air hockey

Registered as a nonprofit corporation in Oregon and as tax-exempt 501(C)(3) with the IRS since July 2024.
It is run by a Board of Directors and supported by an Advisory Council.

Outcomes
Student Members of The Hub will develop skills that allow them to navigate the intricacies of modern society by using their “out of school” time in a positive and productive way. There are two ways to assess these outcomes. One is to see members not getting in trouble and the other is to see members integrate productively into society.
