HTF BTC Analysis

    • BTC HTF Analysis
    • The level I called on the 15th of November, look how perfectly it played out
      • Called the low
    • Bounced off the .618, range POC, COVID Dump Anchored VWAP
    • Now stuck on top of the old range
    • Now a change in market structure
    • Failed to get above the Monthly at 43800
    • Now consolidating on top of old range between .382 and Monthly @ 43800
    • It’s a 12H Stoch story
      • Wasted all 12H momentum getting 1.36% above previous high
      • Huge amount of absorption, bulls weak
      • Now topping out and looks like it’s going to dump
    • Weekly Stoch almost oversold
      • still has room to dump
    • BE PREPARED for dump to 35K
    • How do we know we are breaking out of the range to the upside?
      • Show me above 46K first and definitely over 52K

CEO: Trading the Range with Bots

  • TRADE THE RANGE UNTIL THE RANGE BREAKS
  • This is all about trading psychology
    • DO NOT FOMO with DEGEN at range highs
  • How can we manage bots with these ranges?
  • DCA settings (anticipate drop to the bottom of the range, if lower don’t get trapped over leveraged with huge SOs right below range low)
  • Highest or DEGEN at range lows, lower risk setting at highs (or off)
    • Can use 3Commas Advanced Settings to turn off bots and range highs

T0m: Degen WH CT Strategy

Please welcome T0m to his first VIP Presentation and also as an official STP Moderator!

CT Strategy:

Aggressive DCA focusing on the first 7,5%

Staying under x3,5 max effective leverage used down the dca ranges per pair

Concept = Minimize time/capital @ Risk vs ROI

Stay as close to the price as possible first 2,5-7,5% from average

Good entry’s are key, use per pair optimization, use end of range 1 closed trades so 2,5% as a trigger to re address vwaps

Better entry > lower risk > ability to up IPB & lev to compensate for lower amount of trades 5-40% ipb

8 of 20

T0m: Degen WH CT Strategy

Prefer Longs only, good opportunity to manually trail a position if you are able to watch it, always set a SL in profit

Trade only with 1/10th of capital on futures & commit to the balance > NO SL, personally i don’t run anything over 5K on futures for CT

Go manual after 7,5% from average & don’t chase a dead trade, rather go for re entry on another pair or flip direction if caught early enough

T0m: Degen WH CT Strategy

○In case of liquidation use this event as a “paid” indicator and don’t pass up on the opportunity

○November example 2k > 19k in 30 days, taking 50 % profits to spot from day one every 12h’s, then capped the balance at +/- 5k taking 100% to spot, record day was 60% in 24h’s, was averaging 20-25% daily

○Scalped back to 2k on 1st december to test even a more aggressive strat, got liquidated on the 4th for 2,4k > used liquidation event as an indicator to buy 17k assets on spot from previous months profits

○ ex bought MATIC & LINK > made back 3,5k in one hour after the liq event > 1,1k up for the day instead of 2,4k down

○Incase market went further down i wouldn’t mind holding those coins longterm > still good longterm hold.

T0m: Degen WH CT Strategy

Learn to walk before you run

Start with a small balance for POC & test , don’t go “all in” full degen from day 1, the market will still be there tomorrow.

○!!!!!!! ROI ACCOUNT 200% before compounding !!!!!!

○Keep trading fun…

TODD: VIP STRATEGY UPDATE: VIP1

  • VIP ACCOUNT #1: Still trading 5K. Running PSAR Medium risk, only 4 Pairs for TVC/ 6 on WH still on 5m TF 5 period. VWAPS at 2.5 LONG /5 short. (NO CHANGE HERE from last session slides)
  • VIP ACCOUNT #1: Past 30 Days PNL showing $1377 on binance (27.54% past 30 days or 0.918% daily). These are GOOD numbers considering the bags it held over Christmas and the current market conditions.

+

  • This account has been VERY Boring due to 5M timeframe on VWAPS + market chop.
  • BOTTOM LINE: Returns are a far cry from the 20% weekends I used to get with this setup when the market was hot. This is still a good trading solution using PSAR + WH for when you can determine trend and adjust PSAR signals, risk, and VWAPs.

TODD: VIP STRATEGY UPDATE: VIP2

  • VIP ACCOUNT #2: NEW YEAR, NEW CHALLENGE.. Started with $18,500 and my goal is to print 30K off the $18,500 account (162% ROI).
  • Account updates: Only trading Futures VIP1&VIP2. Main holdings on spot and trading quality pairs only (truly handsoff). VIP2 is my main focus this month and so majority of funds stay on spot low risk (as it should be).
  • Mindset updates: Trading & account management is of the highest priority, second to none. I am doing this as a challenge for myself and myself only. I will monitor this account daily and I have accepted I could lose this account tomorrow; I would not cry or weep about it. I do not have weak hands and know where to cut losses to protect the account.
  • Trading losses: - I cut a long for -$800 on Jan 6. I did not like the chart nor liquidation price nor the coin, trade initialized by WH bot on 0.5 long VWAPS and I caught a falling knife... 3 days later the deal would have exited into profit BUT this would have added unnecessary stress to my life and cost the account 3 trading days due to baggage. I calculated my daily gains prior to cutting the trade and was in profit overall, so to me it made sense to cut the trade as daily PNL was still positive. I took the rest of the day off after cutting the long and started fresh the next day. PNL from the day, as shown on binance.-Shib short had me underwater for a bit right after the -800 loss. I left WH bot on low allocation per pair after the long was in trouble and so the bot could not DCA (my fault). I patiently waited and the deal exited the next day as the market outlook was bearish. Shorts still do scare me truthfully and I have to work on mentality to handle shorts.

TODD: VIP STRATEGY UPDATE: VIP2

  • VIP ACCOUNT #2 PNL: 16.9k off 18,5K as of 01-15 trading day. 01-13/14/15 were lower profits as I was not online much to increase entry sizes or adjust signals/vwaps.. ROUGHLY 12,5K left to go to hit my target of 30K PNL on VIP2.

TODD: VIP STRATEGY UPDATE: VIP2

  • VIP ACCOUNT #2: How to setup? Refer to last VIP slides for full info.Read VIP Strat #1 presentation to understand - then implement VIP2 changes. No quickstart guide, you’ll have to understand it first before using. Those that don’t understand it will get rekt without learning, so please learn and understand the strategy before running it.

STRATEGY ADJUSTMENTS:

  • Monitoring TOTAL3 on 5M to make the most of the chop.
  • Total3 green on price flow or signal = Longs and decrease long vwap, increase short vwap.
  • Total3 red on price flow or signal = Shorts and decrease short vwap, increase long vwap.
  • I have been playing around with TVAlertsManager as well and changing alerts from LONG to SHORT based on current market condition to see if plausible for automation (ie flipping alerts from long to short on bearish trend, and then short to long on bullish trend)
  • Pairs staying steady from 4-6 open on WH, TVC pairs capped at 3 as I do not want to take too many trades.
  • Autotransfer set to 100%.
  • Initial entry from 10-20% when monitoring, 2.5-5% when overnight. Entry sizing depending on market movements and expected outcomes.

CEO: How to Trade with the Trend

  • When do we turn off bots?
    • I don’t turn off bots I set to low risk
    • Depending on your risk tolerance: bots off only when 1H + 4H+ 1D are short
  • During a dump: Wait until a local bottom with 1H turning green and then turn the bots on Medium/Higher risk to profit from the consolidation and buy the dip

  • 1H+4H+1D HIGHER/DEGEN during trending moves is very risky near tops even if everything is green.
    • Look to switch to LOWER for moves past ATHs, Monthly R3s to avoid catching bags
    • 1D can often be delayed (too late for higher/degen)
  • Medium risk is for 1H+4H Long when recovering from a dip
  • Lower risk is for 1H+4H+1D when price is oversold/ATHs

TODD: TVAlertsManager Automation

  • Automation is in progress and webhooks have been implemented!
  • Address Example: https://us-central1-tv-alerts-mass-edit-tool.cloudfunctions.net/tvamwebhook
  • Message: {"accountId": "STP_Todd", "name": "long"}
  • Webhooks will be able to be named, and sheets set out from where alerts will be loaded (created or turned on in Tradingview)
  • User will have choice to either pause or delete old alerts (pausing may be more efficient, as pause/unpause is very quick verse creating deleting and creating new alerts)
  • Signal validity check to avoid loading old signals if there are errors.

In general all works. The following items remain:

- pause or delete alerts when new webhook is loaded.

- check if subscriptions is expired (automation will be pro tier subscription)

- change the timer interval. Now it is 1 min.

17 of 20

TODD: TVAlertsManager Automation

FUNCTION (may change due to development changes):

  1. Extension is loaded onto a computer/server that is online 24/7. Extension is left open.
  2. User labels webhook names #1-#6, and the sheet name that each webhook loads alerts off.Example below using SSB settings:
  3. User pushes trend alerts to the extension via webhook (alerts using notification on trend change ONLY)
  4. Extension monitors and adjusts Tradingview alerts based on alerts in sheet. User can choose to either pause or delete previous alerts.

REAL WORLD EXAMPLE: 1D PSAR LONG fires trend change long. Extension loads aggressive long alerts, set to trigger aggressive bots with higher BO/SO. All alerts for medium/lower risk longs are paused and the medium/lower risk long bots are left without alerts. 1D PSAR SHORT fires short trend change. Extension pauses aggressive long alerts and loads aggressive short alerts.

RESULT: Mitigation of losses and improvement of profits, automated.
