Property Verticals (PMC)
FinTech & Sponsorships: Class C and D renters would benefit from fintech products, as well as sponsorship partnership with groups like Walmart.
Grocery / Restaurant Delivery Services: The ability to offer “affordability” and helping renters save money on a top expense, and unlocks product placement and advertising revenue.
Maintenance and Repairs: Timely and affordable maintenance is crucial, as these properties might experience wear and tear more frequently. Renters want responsive management that can address issues like plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs.
Laundry Services: Having access to on-site laundry or affordable, nearby facilities is essential, as many Class C and D properties may lack in-unit washers and dryers
Parking: Reliable and safe parking is another common request, particularly in urban areas or densely populated properties. Amenify’s vision is not dissimilar to Zark Parking, which is something we believe is accretive and relatively easier to build with capital.
Pest Control: Due to the age or condition of some Class C and D buildings, pest control is a significant concern. Renters want regular pest management services to avoid infestations.
