Creating a DLO:

Fables, Fairy Tales & Myths

Your task for the next two weeks is to show your learning and understanding of the story we are reading.

How do you do this? Thats up to you to decide but here are some suggestions.

​

• Create a movie (animation, green screen, stop motion, acting, photos).
• Write a report in google docs.
• Create a presentation using Google Presentations.
• Create a song/rap/music video.
• Design a poster (paper or electronic)
• Create a Comic Life presentation

Creating a DLO:

Try and include the following information somehow:

• What fable, fairy tale or myth did you read?
• Who wrote it and when?
• What are the main ideas of the story? (at least 4)
• What is something new you have learned from this weeks reading?
• What did you find interesting about your story?
• What is the moral of the story?

You only have two weeks to complete this task.

You can work with a partner.

​

You will present back to the group/class using your movie or presentation.

​

It must be to a high standard. Add detail to drawings, use nice backgrounds for your presentations or posters, make sure your voiceovers are in time.
