A. Tool for screen printing

1. Screen

There are many kind of screen as follow :

a) Type S, it’s mean Light.

b) Type M, it’s mean Medium.

c) Type HD, it’s mean Extra-Heavy.

d) Type T, it’s mean Heavy.

Also have specification :

a) Screen T60, for cloth printing

b) Screen T120, T165, for paper printing

c) Screen T180, T200, T220 for plastic printing

(The number (60) indicates that screen has 60 hole per inches)

D. Material for cliché making :

There are two kinds of material wich can chose

once of them for cliché making :

1. Chromatin, chrome gelatin, gelatin

bichromate (Those material should be mixed

with hot water)

2. Ulano 133, Ulano 421,Deima, Autosol (Beta) Ulano TZ,

Ulano TZD (Those material should be mixed with cold

water)

E. Printing materials :

1. Materials print for paper :

- Ink, such as PVC, Gross Vinyl Ink

2. Material print for plastic :

- Ink, such as Toyo, PE Polyethylene, Poly

propylene

Foaming binder, Binder NF
